Leading Net New Customer Portfolio which consist of 13 initiatives, including Customer Acquisitions & Customer Attritions. Bringing Prudential products to digital platforms: Pulse, ePru and partners' platforms.

Direct Project Manager of PRU-Guard 24/7 - which is a successful digital product of PVA.
Standardising process to digitalize products, Enhancing portfolio's budgeting & staffing strategy.
Build up portfolio's roadmap, visualize interdependencies between projects and utilise resources across the portfolio.
Governing initiatives under the Regulatory and Efficiency Savings portfolio; maintaining the alignment to strategic objectives, providing information for decision making on projects statuses; including start, stop or re-prioritizations.
One of the key member of Project Management Office (PMO). Supporting in building up PVA Transformation Roadmap, which consists of digitalization, automation and project management capability across the business.
